Dear Dr Lim,
You will remember my wife Madam Lee who came to see you last year suffering from cancer pain of the colon spread to her back bone. She was admitted to CGH on the 4th of Jan 2011 with breathing difficulties. She was diagnosed with acute pneumonia.
I want to thank you and your staff of NCC for being very kind and helpful to her especially when she was bedridden all the time. Her journey was happy and made less painful by your expertise and she was able to enjoy quality of life.
